Things That Are Different Are Not The Same
2026 King James Bible Seminar – Part 3
Are all Bible versions really the same?
Many people repeat the phrase, “All Bibles basically say the same thing.” But that statement falls apart the moment you place the verses side by side.
In this message from the 2026 King James Bible Seminar, we examine specific passages where modern Bible versions change, remove, or weaken key doctrinal wording. This is not a debate about preference, readability, or tradition. It is about whether the words of God have been preserved.
You will see examples where modern versions:
• Remove key words
• Weaken statements about the Deity of Christ
• Alter language about the blood of redemption
• Change belief language into behavior language
• Remove entire verses or place them in brackets
• Soften warnings about judgment and hell
When the verses are compared directly, a clear pattern begins to emerge.
This message walks carefully through passages such as:
• John 7:8
• 1 Timothy 3:16
• 1 John 5:7
• Colossians 1:14
• Revelation 1:5
• Acts 8:37
• Luke 2:33
• Luke 23:42
• John 3:13
• Romans 11:6
• Romans 11:32
• John 3:36
• Mark 9:44, 46
• Isaiah 14:12
• Acts 1:3
• 1 Corinthians 1:18
• Hebrews 4:6, 11
• Ephesians 1:14
• Mark 16:14
• Luke 24:40
The purpose of this teaching is not to attack believers who use other translations. The goal is to defend the integrity of the words of God and to demonstrate why many Christians stand firmly on the King James Bible as the preserved Word of God in English.
The question ultimately becomes simple:
Did God preserve His words, or are scholars still correcting them?
Watch the verses. Examine the differences. Decide for yourself.
