*How Great Thou Art: The Test of a Just Man | Job 1-2
What happens to a man's faith when everything around him falls apart?
Job begins as the greatest man in the east. He has a family, possessions, influence, health, and most importantly, a testimony before God. Before Job 1 and 2 are finished, nearly everything is taken away.
Behind the scenes, Satan makes a serious accusation:
JOB 1:9
9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
Satan's accusation is that Job does not really love God. He only loves what God has given him.
The Test of a Just Man asks the question: Is God still worthy when the blessings disappear?
Job answers from the ashes:
JOB 1:21
21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.

The greatness of God cannot be measured by the ease of our circumstances. God is worthy when blessings come. God is worthy when blessings disappear. God is worthy on the mountain. God is worthy among the ashes.
The question is simple:
Is God Himself enough?
Job's worship answers: Yes.
