Today we had a conversation with a young woman from an Apostolic Pentecostal background. She listened respectfully as the gospel was presented clearly from the King James Bible, yet she ultimately rejected the simplicity of salvation by grace through faith in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
This is a heartbreaking reminder that the battle is spiritual.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Please do not leave hateful or mocking comments. Instead, I ask every believer watching to pray for this young woman. Pray that God would remove the spiritual blindness, that she would see the sufficiency of Jesus Christ, and that she would trust in His finished work alone for salvation.
The gospel is not found in water baptism, speaking in tongues, church membership, personal holiness, or any religious work. Salvation is received by faith in the shed blood, death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4
If this video encourages you, please like, subscribe, and share it so more people can hear the gospel. There are countless sincere religious people who have never trusted Christ alone. They do not need ridicule. They need someone to love them enough to tell them the truth.
Please join us in praying that one day she comes to know the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
