LESSON 4: CHRIST WAS BURIED AND ROSE AGAIN
1 CORINTHIANS 15:4
What happened after the cross was not an afterthought. It was confirmation.
In this lesson, we examine the two powerful truths that follow the death of Jesus Christ: His burial and His resurrection. These are not additions to the gospel. They are God’s proof that the payment made by the blood of Christ was real, complete, and accepted.
The burial proves that Christ truly died.
The resurrection proves that God accepted the payment.
If Christ did not rise, there would be no confirmation that sin was paid for. But He did rise, and because He did, we know the work is finished.
This lesson will help you clearly understand:
• Why the burial of Christ matters
• What the resurrection actually proves
• Why salvation is still rooted in the blood, not the empty tomb
• How Scripture defines the gospel without confusion
This is not religion. This is not tradition. This is the gospel according to Scripture.
1 CORINTHIANS 15:4
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
The blood satisfied God.
The burial sealed the death.
The resurrection declared victory.
Salvation is not found in what you do.
Salvation is found in what Christ already did.
If this message has helped you, share it. Someone you know needs to hear the true gospel.
